Skill notes are various "notes" that can be used to permanently enhance the ability of a particular skill. In order to use skill note, you will need to have completed the Skill Book quest from Ariel, or buy the cash Skill Book from the cash shop.
Skill Book Quest
Speak to Ariel when you are Lv. 20 and accept the Skill Book quest
Step 1: Complete 3-1 and 3-2 in Very Hard Mode.
Step 2: Collect 20 torn pages (from Red Salamanders in the Besma region) and 4 Besma vegetable Alchemist items (that are worth 2,100 ED)
