What is Secret Dungeon Equipment?
Basic Information
Secret Dungeon Equipment are sets of powerful armor and weapons ranging from Lv.70 to Lv.85. Each region containing a secret dungeon has its own unique set distinct to that region, all of which are equal in stats, but have different abilities. These abilities can largely aid you in combat, grant you helpful buffs, and launch powerful attacks and debuffs against enemies. A full Enhanced set also has a chance of summoning the Secret Dungeon boss associated with the respective set.

How to Obtain
You can obtain secret dungeon equipment by opening Secret Dungeon Equipment Cubes, which are obtained as a rare drop from every Secret Dungeon boss. You can also obtain an Elite Secret Dungeon Weapon Cube from the [[Secret Dungeon#Secret Dungeon Quests|[Secret Dungeon] Hidden Dungeon Revealed]] story quest. Upon opening the cubes, you are given a choice of which region's secret dungeon equipment piece you want from it. Secret Dungeon Equipment Cubes come in both Elite and Unique varieties, which contain regular and Grendized secret dungeon equipment pieces respectively. Enhanced secret dungeon equipment can only be obtained through upgrading at a blacksmith.

Grendizing
<center><gallery widths="100" heights="100">
Grendizing is the first step to upgrading your Secret Dungeon equipment, increasing the level requirement for the full set up to Lv.80. You can Grendize your gear through any blacksmith's upgrade menu. This process requires El Rewards, which are obtained from quests and the Elysion Tree, and Barrier Fragments, which are dropped in every secret dungeon. Alternatively, you can obtain Grendized equipment pieces from Unique Secret Dungeon Equipment Cubes.

Enhancing
Enhancing is fundamentally the same as Grendizing, and is also done through the blacksmith's upgrade menu. Enhanced Secret Dungeon equipment is is the final upgrade you can make to Secret Dungeon equipment, increasing it to Lv.85, and unlocking an extra set effect while wearing all 6 pieces of an Enhanced set.
