Wally, when he reaches 100% MP, he will use this. The screen turns black, and he charges up for a split second. Then he fires a lazer as far as the stage itself. It can deal HIGH damage, and may KO you if you are careless. However, when he fires theres a SMALL opening to attack him and avoid this attack. You have to be literally next to him to do this though.<br> <br>
