Affected By Action Speed

The chains themselves do not deal damage, instead they are used as an indicator for where to create the Petal Bullet and the Bloody Storm.
There is total of 6 chains and thus 6 petals and storms created, but they cannot deal damage at the same time while also being summoned all at once, resulting in damage from only one instance at a time ever being applied (excluding splash damage).
The storms create a black hole effect that sucks enemies in to the same location regardless of each individual storm's location.
