Affected By Action Speed

The Demon Bullet Explosion has mostly the same hitbox as the Rampage part, but it does reach roughly half a platform lower however, as it can hit a Mushroom from a platform above , which the Rampage part cannot. It is also capable of hitting up to 3 platforms above in the very center of the skill.
It is possible to miss the Rampage part but get moved forward/backward enough by the animation (depending on who you used the skill as) so the Demon Bullet Explosion still connects.
