• There is no cooldown to reapply the  Enemy DebuffTarget LockedEnemy DebuffTarget Locked debuff. The debuff can be reapplied by leaving and re-entering the range of enemies, or by switching Titles.
• The debuff affects enemies' Critical Resistance rather than your chance to land a critical hit, making it a separate unnormalized effect, much like [Mod] Shadow Blast.
