Tips and Details
- The first hit binds and heavily staggers enemies.
- The explosion hits all deal hitstun, so even if you miss the initial hit, enemies that come near the explosion area will still be inflicted with hitstun, allowing for further combos.
- This also allows the skill to very easily catch any launched enemies.
- For some reason, the number of hits from the explosion is reduced if used on multiple targets. At [Enhanced], it will deal 16 hits with 2 enemies (8 each), 12 hits with 3 enemies (4 each), 14 hits with 4 enemies (a mix of 3 and 4 hits each), and 13 hits with 5 enemies (a mix of 2 and 3 hits each).
- When used on a single target, the high number of hits makes it rather effective in filling the Awakening Gauge and activating the Magic Chain passive.
- The fast hit rate of the skill can sometimes prevent someone from mana breaking it thanks to the MP burn.
- This skill cannot be countered.
