Tips and Details

• [Enhanced] Photon Bomb can deal up to 3,242% (1,034% in PvP) Magical Damage.
• The lightning strike generated by the skill has infinite vertical range.
• The stun will be canceled immediately by the electromagnetic field, so it will only last 3 seconds if the enemy is only hit by the lightning strike.
• Killing Blow (1) does not increase the duration of the field. It only increases the duration of the field's debuff, which has no listed duration, but with Killing Blow (1) lasts for almost a second after the last time the enemy was hit by the field.
