[Hyper Active] Cosmic resonance is achieved through the harmony of the sun and the moon. During the duration of the resonance with Clamor, a Harmony Symbol is generated upon successful hit with [Horoscope] skills. Natal Chart's and Horary's unexpected effects will have a 100% chance of applying. |

As such, should you be dealing damage from Horoscope skills constantly (which is fairly likely with smart use of Zodiac, Starcoaster and Old Man), the hyper can deal a total of 194,400% (11,640% in PvP) Magical Damage putting it far above most other skills in the game with no notable restrictions placed upon it like Great Birth disabling skills or My Magical Debut! only applying to command attacks.
