Tips and Details

On skills that deal multiple hits, Harmony Symbol spawns roughly every 0.5 seconds rather than on every hit, with otherwise similar internal restrictions like [Circulation] symbols. As such, should you be dealing damage from Horoscope skills constantly (which is fairly likely with smart use of Zodiac, Star Coaster and Ancient One), the hyper can deal a total of 194,400% (11,640% in PvP) Magical Damage putting it far above most other skills in the game with no notable restrictions placed upon it like Great Birth disabling skills or My Magical Debut! only applying to command attacks.
To make full use of the buff, a long lasting Horoscope skill such as Zodiac or Ancient One should be used before this skill, so you are free to cast the enhanced Natal Chart and Horary while immediately benefiting from Harmony Symbol hits as well.
Because of this skill's long casting time, it is recommended to use it before a stage transition or in a situation where it can be Mana Broken out of its animation.
The visual effect may pass to the next stage when using this skill during a stage transition, although it will not be beneficial at all due to this part of the skill not dealing any damage.
