Quicksilver Frenzy

	[Special Active: Strength] Sends out a spurt of plasma around yourself. You receive a buff that increases your overall speed. In addition, any attack successfully executed or received by you will trigger a small plasma beam that does damage, as well as lowering the target's movement speed and evasion for a set amount of time.
	DP Recovery Skill Recovers 40 DP upon use Does not recover DP while in Configuration Mode (Awakening)
	Nasod Armor Command Link Z/X can be used to activated Nasod Armor combos while in Configuration Mode (Awakening)

The plasma spurt has high vertical range, enabling it to hit targets above.
The Plasma Shocks will also activate when Actives are used or when Add is attacked.
The Action Speed buff greatly reduces the delay caused by Nasod Armor combos, but it also removes the Stun inflicted at the start of the combo.

When this skill is active, Add's body will glow blue.
- When targets are debuffed, they will also glow blue.
The way the particle is emitted is similar to Soul of Chaser/Tracker's Soul potion.
