Despite Heavy Barrel being based on Female Launcher, Lock-on Stratos seems to be loosely based on the Male Launcher skill Satellite Beam.
The "lock-on" symbol of this skill resembles the ones in Deadly Chaser's Hyperactive, Outrage Strike.
