My apologies
I had the wrong info that this was only happening in EU servers (where I play the game), so I removed it since the page displays info about KR and NA servers only. But after a research and asking a few players, seems that the bug has been there for a long time since the passive has been created, and the bug (if it is unintended) hasn't been fixed yet. I understand that you were the one that added that feature on the Tips and Details section, could you add it again, please? And again, sorry by my mistake, Ill be more careful in the future with my editions.
