Adding Tips, there seem to be a lack of any useful ones around here for people to actually LEARN. Also, fixing NA/KR skill differences, they are now one and the same. Looking for revamp data on certain skills. Massively blamming all this unneeded junk, I didn't know there were THIS many NA/KR skill differences that weren't fixed.
