[Active] Rose Shoots out a bullet that deals damage.

  • This bullet gives a 15 second buff that increases "X" shot damage with all weapons. (Excluding skills/actives)
  • Switches "X" shot animation color for all weapons from yellow to blue.
  • Consumes ECP instead of MP
  • Skill cannot be used during Over Strike
