벨론드와 떨어지게 된 라비는 점점 더 강한 적을 만나며 연이은 위기에 서서히 지쳐갔다. 마음이 흔들릴수록, 그동안 억눌러왔던 낯선 위화감이 당장이라도 터져 나올 듯 부풀었다. 이것들이 펑 터지는 순간 모든 게 끝나버리는 것은 아닐까? 초조함을 안고 나아가던 라비는 자신을 공격하는 적에게서 익숙한 기운을 느꼈다. 이건... 검은 숲의 기운? 처음부터 검은 숲을 나오지 않았더라면 이렇게 힘들지는 않았을 텐데. 라비와 니샤의 모험은 시작부터 잘못되었던 걸까? 지금이라도 바꿀 수는… 없는 걸까?

그때, 전투에 지쳐 주저앉은 라비를 지켜주려는 듯 니샤가 라비 앞으로 나섰다. 니샤는 몬스터들에게 감돌던 익숙한 기운을 빨아들이며 적을 쓰러트렸다. 기운을 흡수할 때마다 익숙하고 편안한 느낌을 받은 라비는 안심이 됐다. 니샤는 무엇이든 담을 수 있는 거울. 이 힘을 담아내 함께 강해진다면, 더는 괴롭지 않을 것이라 확신했다.

“이 힘을 마구마구 빼앗을 수만 있다면 우린 천하무적이야, 니샤!”
