	[Special Active] Bind surrounding enemies' movement. Stop all enemy movements within 700 radius.
	Final Enhanced Skill MP Usage is decreased by 10. Can be used while in midair but has an extra 5 seconds added to its cooldown.
	Available for Memorize This skill can be memorized by inputting the skill key during the Memorize Stance. (Stand still for 2 seconds while in MP recovery state) Press V to activate the memorized skills in order.

Tips and Details

Old Icon of Binding Circle.

• Binding Circle deals no damage.
• When targets are in range of Binding Circle, they will immediately stand still, allowing you to either run away or start a combo.
  • You will still get hit if the target was swinging their weapon at the time of the skill and you went too close.
• With the long cooldown aside, this is a good skill to use Memorize on, since it doesn't suffer from any penalty as Memorize only has a damage penalty and Binding Circle deals none.
  • This tactic works best if Binding Circle is noted since the opponent will move slower for a prolonged period of time if used correctly.

• In the past, the Binding effect of this skill had its own status icon when equipped with the Skill Note.
  • The icon is now used as Middle Kick's Fracture icon.
• After the 06/08/2015 renewal, Binding Circle's animation looks identical to the first part of Dimension Witch's Fate Space, as both are Time-element spells.
