I've stated above in the discussion headline.
I think we don't have to display events. Because currently and in the future we're going to have multiple events, and putting all of them (along with the links) will be taking a LOT of space in the front page. Unless some important event like this 1st anniversary, and we have no update fo the week.
I just don't want our section got expunged just because we're eating too much space.
