While it applies Power Break's debuff, it is not affected by that skill's Killing Blow (2) trait. Additionally, applying Power Break while this skill's debuff is still active will only extend the duration of the debuff and not overwrite it nor stack with it. Doing so does allow you to extend the higher debuff this skill provides at [Enhanced] for a lot less MP than recasting this skill, however.
