Stop editing the Weapon Taker and Veteran Commander skill trees. Shadow Step(Strafe) is BASE RAVEN skill, Intermediate Magic Training, Air Slicer, and Shadow Pierce(Piercing) are WEAPON TAKER skills. They do NOT belong on Weapon Taker and Veteran Commander skill tree lists(respectively) UNLESS you want the have the WHOLE LIST. Which is how it's SUPPOSED to be anyways, which is the reasoning behind the NON-BASE class skill TREES are made to be COLLAPSIBLE.
