Requesting Evidence for 6 hits on second stomp

I'm trying to see it but I can't, what I do see are hits from the decent. It only hits once on Nasod Inspector and he qualifies as unlaunchable while being huge as well. Also the video here shows only one hit with the second stomp as well without counting in hits from decent so I was wondering if anyone actually has proof that this is part of the skill and not some rare glitch\lag\mistake.
