This skill only applies to fireballs in combos .
Despite what the tooltip description says, this passive doesn't affect Chain Fireball.
When maxed out, quite a few combos will reach beyond 16:9 screen boundary, making it easy to hit enemies at a safe distance. Only Grand Archers with their Hawkeye skills has longer range combos.
This skill make it feasible to transit from close to mid range combat style to a long range style (both safer and hit harder) without running out of mana.
