The attack speed increase is normalized, but all other effects (including move speed) are not.

This skill is the successor to Aura Speed Accelerator, an older Battle Magician buff. The use of space magic is still reflected in the [Space Accelerator] part of this skill, making it the only space magic skill on any path outside of the Metamorphy path, besides the base skill Binding Circle.
