Tips and Details
- Targets inflicted with Fear will receive a higher chance of getting hit with Critical.
- Targets inflicted with Fear cannot use any Skills (Including Normal, Special and Hyper Actives), making it great for PvP.
- Pandemonium - Fear can also be activated in mid-air.
- Pandemonium - Fear's critical percent increase works best with Grand Archer's Stigma Snipe.
