Elesis
Skill Condition Type Effect
In Range Buff
  • 15% Special Active Damage
  • 15% Damage Reduction
    • Duration 36 seconds, 15s cooldown
    • This is assuming you are using Killing Blow (1)
    • Buff is multiplicative
Innate
  • 1.5% Critical/Maximize/Action Speed/Additional Damage per party member (Max 4 stacks)
  • All stat increase are multiplicative except Action Speed, which is normalized
On Hit Debuff
  • 20% Damage Taken Increase
  • 10% Damage Dealt Increase
    • Duration 6 seconds, 6s cooldown
  • -30% Physical/Magical Defense
  • -100 Elemental Resist
    • Duration 10 seconds, 23s cooldown
    • The debuff applied here is called Power Break similar to the other skill and does not stack with it
  • 24% Physical/Magical Defense
  • -60 Elemental Resist
    • Duration 8 seconds, 7s cooldown
    • If used on an enemy with Giga Blast's Power Break, it will extend the duration of that debuff rather than overwrite it, making this skill the one to use for reapplication since it has better uptime and less MP Cost
On Any Attack
  • 1748% Bonus Physical Damage when any Ally hits Charge! marked enemy
    • 5s reactivation cooldown
  • On Any Attack includes thrown items and elixir effects
  • Unlike other Ally skills, the mark can ONLY be detonated by allies, not the Empire Sword
