[Passive] Using any Special Active will provide a certain percentage of reactivating all skills that are in cooldown.

Nasod Recharge is unlocked through the Advanced Branch Skill Quest.
- The quest can be obtained at Lv40 from Camilla, the PvP NPC.
This skill is very useful when it gets activated by chance, for example you can use the same 200mp skill twice in a row without cooling down.
Currently the only passive that can remove cooldowns entirely by passing certain conditions.
