Bug Fix
[Fixed problem where it grants no effect when learned.]
Can someone tell me where was this gotten from, a link or something? It's filed under the Feb 5th update but I can't seem to find that entry in said update. Also, I was under the impression this passive has been working in KR as it should since day one.
