[Magical] The character casts a certain amount of ice crystals from the air, freezes opponents. This skill can be used in mid-air.

Blizzard Shower is unlocked through the Intermediate Branch Skill Quest. The quest can be obtained at Lv30 from Camilla, the PvP NPC.
EXTREMELY useful in parties, as it hits the whole screen and freezing stops the mobs from being knocked-down.
Can be used in mid-air
The shards pierce everything on their way until they hit the ground.
