In Thailand they speak Thai but they use English skill name/class (proof: http://elsword.playpark.com/th/elesis/crimson/)
In Indonesia same thing as Thailand (proof: http://berita.netmarble.co.id/MainContent.aspx?bid=64&seq=2928)
In Philippines they speak English so they use English skill name/class
In India same thing as Philippines
