At level 5 its 20% proc chance on my WS in NA Elsword as well as for KR\JP\TW, the values you changed them to are for the pre-revamp. If you look back to before the 8\29 patch on wiki you'll see that the values you added are the same as those which were changed.

Did you check recently? Because I'm looking at the NA version right now and in the IM shop it says that it's 10.4% at lv5. I don't own a WS on any server that I play, but IM shop doesn't lie, so far as values go. I'll go ask a WS later to confirm.

:Yes I've checked just now, it's 20% chance at level 5 on my Wind Sneaker in the skill description. --Professor Cirno (talk) 04:44, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
Elements
dun move the element in the pvp set unless u make the page urself.
What do you mean make the page myself? If you mean "Add Topic," then that's only a one-time thing. Unless you're telling me to remake the page in my name? Pointless.
Also, they're just El Shard enchants. What reason is there to have them there besides laziness of people who don't check? You mentioned about servers before, and it's irrelevant. They both perform the same effect on every server. I even put a link in the Elements page leading to the S2 page (and vice versa), which the top of the S2 page already states that it's not available everywhere (whereas the El Shards we are talking about are in every server). Is it a grand offense to erase something people can check for themselves as easy as crafting potions? I'm just saying, not much detail is needed unless you want specifics, which the Elements page is there for. Bottom line, shards are in every server, and that's what we're arguing about, not the S2 sets. Just because it's on the S2 page does not mean I can't move it to somewhere more appropriate. Only thing I'm arguing for is for anything related to shards to be on the elements page instead of randomly placed in the S2 page. Newer people looking at this would probably need to be directed toward the Elements page to see the difference between the S2 set requirements to give an element and the normal. Putting it on the S2 page doesn't give that initiative.

Newer players wouldnt use the arena sets so fast. and since the elements are only for this set, it will be better to put it there, rather then having to press that link which does not even direct them to the correct paragraph. further more, since u didnt use the arena sets, saying it is treated like lvl 20 is wrong as ppl will think they are lvl 20 eq which they are not.
Already mentioned that they leveled up. There's a table of contents listed above as well, when a new section is added, it's added there too! I'm not trying to be a smart-alack, but yeah, you can't baby every person that comes here.
Basic Arena Sets (S2) are treated as lv20, so they maintain consistent values as they level.

how does this not say they are lvl 20 eq :I
There is a way to directly link the page paragraph also
and unless ur editing rank is ElEditors then u can say i should do this stuff
I'm talking about it in terms of elemental attribute, because those are the same values of elemental attributing for that level. I can go ahead and specify that just as easy as a couple words, just wasn't thinking about the implied context that time.
A. There is no editing guide here for me to familiarize except by experimenting, so I have no idea how to make it go to a certain paragraph, although in other formats of editing that was actually possible using the tools they gave me. I did want to do this, but I don't know how on this format (or even know if it's possible; Part C).
B. I always thought ranks on here only meant protecting pages that were not bound to change like the base classes (excluding 1/17 and 2/14) and the main page, also creating pages. We're free to edit things since this is a wiki, no? I don't know, this feels more like an argument of preference that would be resolved with better editing skills on my part (which part A states what the problem with that is).
C. The only change I'm trying to make is an appropriation of sections. Do me this one favor and just change it to that format, I don't care if it's in your own words. You seem to be a person who can actually set the paragraph in the right area, so I don't see how you can't redirect it to that area and just be done with this. Once I see how it's done, this won't be a problem later on. I also haven't seen a page where it directs directly to the paragraph from a link (on here). I'm used to the internal link that refers to sample text in substitution for the actual link (It exists in any modern forum). In other words, a hyperlink. We only have a pseudo form of it, because it doesn't lead to the actual area of text (i.e. doing Instant Effect Elements is just leading to the elements page without zooming on the actual section).
Sorry for the wall of text. But yeah, adding in hyperlinks in here would've probably stopped the issue before it happened (because it's not hard to do and it zooms on the area of reference aka the link). But like I said before in this text heap, if we can do that here, it'd help to know how.

i will demostrate in the element section. because i feel that ppl seeing the pvp sets should also see the elements thing there.
:Alright, but be sure to get someone to add hyperlinks to this wiki format at some point, it would make these issues nonexistent. By that time it could properly be placed without any problems. Good?--TruShot (talk) 06:02, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
