I don't think [[Persistence]]'s debuff is Power Break, 'cause if you look at its skill info, it doesn't appear to reduce Element Resistance.  Plus the defense reduction is higher than [[Giga Blast|[Enhanced] Giga Blast]]'s.

*Just did a test. Power Break isn't 1 debuff, but two. One which affects physical/magical defense and one which affects elemental resits. Persistence does have the physical/magical defense debuff. And while the ingame icon says otherwise, it does affect both physical and magical defense. It does not have the elemental resist debuff part. So it is indeed Power Break.   • Just did a test. Power Break isn't 1 debuff, but two. One which affects physical/magical defense and one which affects elemental resits. Persistence does have the physical/magical defense debuff.
