Install extensions and skins from MediaWiki

Hello, this is Kenny (Admin of Elwiki).

I have installed CodeMirror, DiscussionTools and MyVariables for now. Vector requires a lot of modifying before we can enable so thats unforunately low priority and Translate will require some more time to set up, hopefully I can get it done this weekend. Let me know if you run into any issues.
