So... for 6% Critical Identification. I will need Star Rank in PvP before re-identifying my Cloak, I assume?

The 6% Critical Value can only be obtained from

• Combination of Row 1(2.5%) and Row 2(1.5%) Identification Value.
• Total 4% then with Star Rank multiplier of +50%
• 4+2 = 6% Value Achieved

I guess...?

What about if the rank got reset? Will its status change by itself? Or will it stay the same value as its last identification?

• Yes.
• It will change by itself. If you don't have a rank, you will get E rank's status.
