Halves duration but increases damage by 50%(600% per hit at Lv5)
Additional Notes
- Oberon Guard is unlocked through the Low Branch Skill Quest. The quest can be obtained at Lv20 from Camilla, the PvP NPC.
- Noted, this is the strongest active in the game, considering you can get all the hits to land.
