Description: The target's knockdown rate is reduced by how much Surface Cutting attack is dealt.
Tips and Details
- Great for defense as this skill lasts a long time, not that good for damage however.
- After casting this skill, you can continue to move/attack freely.
- Oberon will be in Stoic during the duration of the skill.
- Oberon will not cause hit stun in PvP.
- Players may opt to intentionally get hit by Oberon since it increases their MP without the danger of a hit stun.
