Tips and Details

• Enemies will constantly be inflicted with Rune's Engraving as long as they are in the area, including those that enter the area later into the skill.
  • Likewise, allies gain a Rune's Territory buff that applies continuously while in the area that is what allows them to deal increased damage to enemies with Rune's Engraving.
• If either the enemy debuff or ally buff is missing, the enemy will not take increased damage, so the skill's bonuses only apply if both the caster and the target are inside of the area.
