The initial howl will inflict Power FaintPower Faint onto targets but will not do any damage. The impact will not do any damage either, only the finishing vortex.
This skill does have a suction radius immediately before it actually starts doing damage. The radius is slightly greater than the length between your starting position and your landing position.

Tiamat is the creation goddess in Babylonian mythology. She is often depicted as a serpent or dragon. It is also a planetary body in the Sumerian Solar System.
The Freiturnier design used in Tiamat is slightly different from the regular berserk design: all of the cloth that is red is replaced by blue and the side cape is removed, horns emit a blueish aura, and a large cape with shoulder pads is gained.
The new 'Tiamat Freiturnier' is only shown during the duration of Tiamat.
