can someone tell me WHY in france raven skill are WEAKER than in korean version? In france we only drain 3%!!! not 10% if someone can fix it i would thank him.
Different countries got different skill info, and kr is much advanced then france in terms of balance patch so they made it higher.
when kr first release bloody accel, it was less then 10% drain.
