When the target with Valasia seed is killed, Ruined Soul Trace will form. When the target is a Mid Boss, or a Boss, Dense Ruined Soul Trace will form.
When an ally absorbs the Ruined Soul Trace reduce cooldown of 1 skill that's still on Cooldown and increase all Speed. (Prioritize Special Actives/Exclude Hyperactives)
When an ally absorbs Dense Ruined Soul Trace, also recover HP and increase MP Recovery when Attacking/Attacked.

Tips and Details

Since the passive will choose one skill on cooldown at random, it can allow you to clear rooms in succession with a skill such as Sprout, provided it kills and the enemies spawn at least 4~5 Soul Traces, not counting other sources of cooldown reduction. However, as only one player can pick them up, this is unreliable during party play.
In PvP, players are counted as normal enemies so the Dense Ruined Soul Trace will not spawn there.
