[Passive] Apply a  Enemy DebuffFire StigmaEnemy DebuffFire Stigma when using Commands/Active/Special Active skills. The stigma will reduce magical defense, and trigger flame judgment when hitting an enemy with 5 stacks. Applying fire stigma has a cooldown of 0.5 seconds and triggering Flame Judgment has a cooldown of 3 seconds (7 seconds in PvP).

• Hitting an enemy with 5 stacks of  Enemy DebuffFire StigmaEnemy DebuffFire Stigma will refresh the duration of the debuff.

• Before 11/06/2014 KR patch, when the fifth stigma is placed on a foe, they will explode and inflict the Judgement debuff, which disables the target's ability to use skills.
