Episode 2
Nachdem Add Eve vor dem Fallen in die Schlucht gerettet hat, stellt er sich selbst als Nasod-Forscher vor. Elsword heißt ihn herzlich in der Gruppe willkommen, doch Elesis blieb misstrauisch gegen seine Intentionen. Um weiter in Richtung des Tempel des Wassers zu reisen, teilte sich die Gruppe in zwei kleinere Gruppen auf, um potenzielle Fallen der Dämonen zu meiden; jedoch begann ein starker Strom aus Wasser ihre Wege zu fluten und unterbrach ihre Reise.
Handlung
Introducing Add
After the bridge leading to the temple was smashed by Bobosse, Aisha quickly used magic to create a barrier for the El Search Party to land on before falling into the water. After Elsword realizes that the demons were expecting them, he quickly looks up to check on Eve, where he sees Add carrying her while hovering in the air. Add then uses his Dynamos to fire a laser at Bobosse, destroying the cliff on which the demon is standing on and dropping him to the water.
The El Search Party and Add escape from the ravine and return to the top of the cliff. Elsword thanks Add for saving Eve, but Add chides the group for not being able to handle the situation, much to Aisha's annoyance. Elesis tries to introduce everyone to Add, but he interrupts her as he knows about the El Search Party. He then introduces himself as an engineer that studies Nasods and his goal of eliminating demons due to their interference with his research.
Since they share a common goal, Elsword invites Add to join their group to stop the demons and save the Priestesses. Eve interjects by doubting whether they can trust his words, but Elsword says he trusts Add's intentions since he saved her. Add agrees to join their quest to defeat the demons but Elesis suspects that there is another reason behind his cooperation. However, Rena decided that they can learn to be familiar with him as they travel. Elesis reluctantly accepts Add into the group and firmly shakes his hand.
Path to the Temple of Water
As they return to their quest, Chung notes that the path towards the temple divides into two. Elsword suggests that they split up and take both paths. Elesis agrees with him as it would be disadvantageous for them to travel through a narrow path in a large group. The first group comprises of Elesis, Eve, Elsword, and Add while the second group comprises of Raven, Rena, Aisha, and Chung. The first group will take the outer path along the edge of the ravine while the second group will travel directly through the cave. Add, inferring that Elesis is traveling with Eve to guard her against him, realizes that he cannot approach Eve as easily as he thought. Elsword notices that his sister is visibly suspicious of Add and asks if she is worried about him. Elesis reassures him and teases him that he should focus on training.
Back in the cave, Chung notes that they should be wary of both demons and natural disasters caused by the weakening of the El. Rena notices that Aisha is visibly disappointed and asks if she is sad that she is not traveling with Elsword. Aisha responds that she is only worried that Elsword will recklessly charge towards the demons if they encounter one. While Aisha continues to complain, Rena notices that the water level on the ground is higher as they travel deeper into the cave. She suddenly realizes the danger approaching and quickly yells out Chung and Aisha's names as a torrent of water began flooding the cave.
Outside of the cave, Elesis hears the violent stream of water and Eve notices the ground shaking. Elesis quickly warns them about the approaching stream while Add quickly dashes towards Eve to save her. Elesis avoids the water by hanging from her claymore anchored to the side of the valley while holding her brother's hand. She suspects that this flood is the result of the weakened El due to the kidnapping of the Water Priestess. She also notices that Add is carrying Eve while hovering safely in the air. Eve thanks Add for saving her, both in this instance and earlier. As Elsword waves to them and asks if they are okay, Add quietly mutters to himself that he does not like him.
Back in the cave, the second group avoided the stream of water as Aisha uses magic to levitate with Chung and Raven uses his Nasod Claw to hold onto the cavern walls while Rena, noticeably embarrassed, holds onto him. Raven notes that this is the natural disaster that Chung was referring to earlier. As the water begins to drain from the cave, Chung notes that they almost reach the exit.
Temple of Water
The Temple of Water is shown at the end of the cave, where Ran is seen inside sitting on his throne. He is then contacted by the Demon General Scar using a dark portal transmitting a hologram. Scar informs Ran that everything is going according to plan but warns him that the El Search Party is heading towards the Temple of Water, noting that Helputt's son and the Red Haired Knight is part of the group. Ran confidently dismisses his warning and says that the Temple of Water will be their graves. Scar ends his transmission after noting that the preparations for the revival of the Demon God is almost ready and that Ran should fulfill his role without issues. Ran turns to affirm that the Water Priestess is secure and summons two Shadow Masters. He then eagerly awaits for the El Search Party's arrival and loudly laughs maniacally.
