Affected By Action Speed

Unlike its regular version, [Mod] Desperado does not reduce all speeds of the target. However, it has a greater coverage and deals more damage, making it far more useful in dungeons.
As with the regular version, you fire once per enemy caught inside Desperado. If an enemy dies before you can fire at it, the shot count will decrease appropriately.
In PvP, your opponent's summons will count towards this skill's "Enemies Restrained" counter. If both the caster and summon are restrained, the Shoot damage dealt is essentially quadrupled.
