Create seeds of flame when debuffed. They burst open after 5 seconds and add buffs to allies. Absorbing the debuff does not remove it.

Any debuff inflicted, other than Wound and Helpless, has the chance of creating a flower.
There seems to be a glitch where, if Blooming Flame activates while the character is standing still, the flower will not appear. Occasionally, the outline of the flower will appear but can not trigger the buff.
