Well, not the buffs that I expected to Tempest Burster, lower CD and some damage buff is appreciated but… I don’t think that’s gonna be enough to make her meta, maybe for solo but she still lacks some good clearing skills to be useful in a party and some Skill Cast speed buffs, she’s still extremely slow, by the time you use finish casting your skills your party already cleared the dungeon around 5 times… oh well I’ll take it I guess, I can still wait for more QoL that aren’t just damage buffs since she already has it
It’s better then the shitty balance’s that they gave to Black massacre 1st they nerf all her passive’s and stack amounts as well as stats gained from said stacks, then they nerf some of her skills(remember head shot used to be a good skill?) well Not anymore. As if it wasn’t bad enough that her damage mainly comes from being able to build up stacks and keep em high. While the other 3 Rose chars doesn’t require you to build up stacks and they can still literally out dps her because of this. She only has 2 good skills as well (Bloody carnival & Moving Shot). Her level 95 skill (Punishment) is basically a useless skill and a waste of 300 mp. Her passives Frenzy and Target elimination need some rework to them, Frenzy has a 30second CD to it for A MEASLY 7%cdmg, 13% special active dmg and 20% skill CD reduced (Now after reboot the critical damage applies to you and party members for 10%, BUT guess what. It only works on bleeding targets(NOT ALL BOSS’S CAN BE DEBUFFED)) So thats another con to the Said reboot, Target Elimination is plain and simply just useless the mobs hp has to be withing 3k% of hp threshold for insta-kill, which isn’t much (some actives can do that much and does nothing to help with boss’s, second part to it that it has a blood explosion to it but if the target isn’t bleeding then whats the use of the second part of the passive???? Before chaining from one skill to another used to be smoother but now it feels a bit awkward like there’s a second or so delay thats for the chain skill passive(increase the damage of skills that are considered chain skills if said skills are chained with each other),. Massacre used to be a very fun class to play, but the last few patches where nothing but nerfs to her. This reboot for Rose is nothing more then some rushed and sloppy work right here, Especially for Massacre as if she didn’t get nerfed enough the last few patches. I was looking forward to seeing Black Massacre’s reboot the MOST out of all the other chars as someone who mains her,to see if she actually gains something good from this, but from what I’m seeing this is just sad, underwhelming and disappointing. I could say more about Massacre and skills that need revamp but I’ve written the main things that was needed for her.
one more thing frenzy is a skill that procs when you use certain skills on enemy’s with bleed status and the fastest way to proc it is with bloody carnival BUT you can’t proc it if the enemy can’t be bled.
Anyone wanna tell me why Incinerator is just getting progressively worse as time goes on? It’s just slowly driving towards Napalm levels of useless nowadays.
Massive cooldown reductions for TB, slight buffs on Laser Rifle’s damage, G-0 Battleroid finally has good traits, ECP costs are all standardized at 35 ECP…

You’re kidding, right? You know how much mp Grenade Launcher gives back. Slashing the cooldown of that + reducing cooldowns by 20% every time you use a special active makes her kit way more spammable.
They’re not kidding and they don’t min/max the characters. Move on with your day.
To be honest, what I expected with TB (and I’m pretty sure other people too) was some significant improvements to her Skills’ Cast speeds, a very good clearing Skill, and not even a single damage nerf, this balance is welcomed, but to be honest it won’t make her any better, because:
-10% damage taken from OverStrike is still there for no reason, just KR cry babies
-5% damage taken from Miracle Vision, again, for no reason
[Mod]Laser Rifle is still nerfed, giving it an extra 100% damage in every charge is just… dissappointing lmao, considering it lost the 10% damage increase overall in the reboot AND it needs 1 full second now, maybe the new Empowered trait will help just a little bit lol
Aimed Strike lost its Empowered Trait and got a 100% increase in the damage plus the Giant trait, w o w
Richter got a Flexibility Skill changed into a Bravery skill with massive range PLUS another improved skill with a lot of range, what did Tempest Burster get? a Flexibility Skill changed into a Bravery skill with LAUGHABLE melee range and nothing elese, this class is supposed to have LONG range skills all over the place instead she just has skills that barely touch enemies that are one platform above you, I’m baffling, the new Giant trait for Aimed Strike will improve the clearing (I suppose, can’t wait to see KR videos to see how this lands) but overall this class is just sad lol

bloody chain is an active skill that cost 35 ecp/ Gun guard is a block skill that costs 10 ECP and u can hold it to use more ecp. I already commented above on what they nerfed and some skills/passives that needed rework. Bloody chain is only usefull for either pulling enemies or being used as a proc for her CD reduction passive. There is also the 8/01 patch note on babels homepage.
Well I expected a much bigger nerf on Werfen Speer, mainly on the defense ignore… Richter relies so much on it now with the passive changes, I hope they don’t give it the Abgrund treatment and nerf it into the ground.

K PO “buffs” are meh. No one uses g-3 in pve cause it’s so bad. G-0 getting buff is nice. Magnetic generator fixes it just being out of place and not hitting anything. Tbh don’t see a point in using magnetic guard cause hp is normalized and we aren’t Chung so 15% def is cool but rather slot another mediocre damage skill. So still has been overall nerfed so screw this reboot but gotta deal with it.
